Orders or enquiries can be taken by phone, fax, or email via the contact page. All goods remain the property of Steppes Hill Farm Antiques until paid for in full by one of our accepted payment methods.
We value our reputation, and endeavour to describe all items as accurately as possible, including any faults, damage or repair.
If for any reason you are unhappy with a purchase, and notify us within seven days of receipt, we always offer a full money back guarantee less the cost of return shipping / postage.
As a member of The British Antique Dealers Association we are obliged to abide by their rules and conditions.
We accept most forms of payment, including Credit/Debit Cards, PayPal, Cheque, Bank Draft, Bank Transfer or Cash.
We can post / ship to most destinations’ around the world and all items are professionally packed.
Most items will be sent inland by Royal Mail Special Delivery (next day insured), or overseas by Royal Mail International Signed For Delivery (4-10 days insured).
Postage and Packing Costs for small items are generally £6.50 inland and £8.50 overseas. Larger items or items requiring extra insurance may be more. Please ask for a quote.
Other services we offer include valuations, repairs or restoration, and buying for clients at auction. We do not give valuations over the phone.
