STEPPES HILL FARM ANTIQUES

A very fine Flight, Barr & Barr Worcester Teacup and Saucer with gilded ear shaped handle, the crenolated Cup painted on an apple green ground enclosing four mirror shaped reserves with canary yellow backgrounds and bouquets of flowers and insects, gilt ciselle borders and gilt gadrooned rims. Script and impressed marks c1810. Fine condition.
Diameter of Saucer 150mm. Height of Cup 58mm.

 

 

 

 

An extraordinary early 19th century silver multi Compartment, multi Hinge Snuff Box, of oval form with crisp bright-cut engraved decoration to lids, base and sides. The top and bottom with double opening lids and each lid then opening again to split the body. Eight hinges in total, all flat and concealed within the piece. An exceptional piece of workmanship. Silver gilt interior. Unmarked. Early 19th century c1800. 
In fine condition with no damage or repair.
